We rolled out v1.3 of the Addresscloud Match API today, this was a big upgrade and was successfully implemented however some users reported address matching requests failing. We have investigated and quickly resolved the issue and no further problems are envisaged. We are actively monitoring all services to ensure this does not happen again.
